Moving without the cardboard. Book now

Events

Totes for the setup, not the show.

A party, a pop-up, or a room you have to turn back by morning. We drop off clean totes. You pack. We pick up the empties.

TSH-01 · The setup

Bins for the stuff that goes home after.

A party, a pop-up, or a one-day setup collects a pile of supplies that should not become cardboard. Linens, signage, the extra glassware, cord covers, a bin of merch, the coffee urn, the box of name tags you hope you counted right. You need something with a lid that stacks in a car and comes back empty when the room is yours again.

That is a tote rental. We drop off a clean stack. You pack the supplies. You, your friends, or the people you already hired move them to the room and back. We pick up the empties. We do not staff the event. We do not cater. We do not run production, hang lights, or work the door.

The Starter Stack is 20 totes, 1 dolly, and 14 days. A dinner or a small pop-up often fits in 20. A longer setup, or a shop that is also moving fixtures, may want 30 to 80 totes. The ladder is on pricing. Fourteen days is the rental window, not a promise that we will stand by all weekend. If you only need the totes for two days inside that window, you still book the window. Extensions, if we have them, are on the pricing page too. Do not invent a same-day hold.

Lids matter more at an event than in a closet. A tote that closes stays a tote in a hallway full of people. Labels come off when you are done. Nothing of the guest list, and nothing from a customer’s home, should ride back with us. Empty means empty.

TSH-02 · Before you book

Tell us the door, not the theme.

Book the drop-off address and the pickup address. They can be the same house, or a house and a rented room, if both are inside the area we already serve. Standard handoffs need a safe, ground-level spot. A venue dock, a parade route, or a park with no parking gets a review before we say yes. The stages are the same ones on how it works: we deliver empty equipment, you use it, we collect it empty.

We cover Lombard and the DuPage towns on the site: Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, and Downers Grove, plus Lombard. If the party is outside that, the service area page is the check. A fun address is not a new route.

If the “event” is really a household moving into a house, use new home. If it is a dorm, use college moving. If the pop-up is an office changing suites, use office moving. This page is for supplies and setup, then a pickup of empties. All four are listed on use cases.

When the room is clear, nest the totes, peel the labels, and leave lids and the dolly where we agreed. We pick those up. The party is yours. The totes come home to us.

Next step

Book the drop-off. Keep the guest list.

Addresses, dates, and a note if the door is not a normal house. We confirm before we put it on the route.

Not this

No staff. No catering. No production.

We deliver totes and pick up empties. The event is someone else’s job, including yours.
