Moving without the cardboard. Book now

New home

Totes for the first nights.

Skip the cardboard pile at the new place. We drop off clean totes. You pack. You move. We pick up the empties.

TSH-01 · First nights

Open this tote first.

A new home should not start as a cardboard project. The first night is a lamp, a shower curtain, the coffee maker, and one tote you labeled open first. The rest can wait until morning. Tape, broken-down boxes, and a curb full of flats can wait forever.

We drop off a clean stack with lids and a dolly. You pack at the old place. You move, or your mover does. We pick up the empties after you unpack. That is the whole model. We do not load your things, and we do not walk the couch through the door. If you hired people to carry furniture, they carry furniture. We rent the totes.

The Starter Stack is 20 totes, 1 dolly, and 14 days. Houses that run past a studio or a one-bedroom usually want more. Stacks go from 30 totes to 80. Pick the count, not a story about bedrooms. Prices and the ladder are on the pricing page.

Pack the kitchen in its own totes. Lids stay on in a way tape never does, which matters when a tote rides in a car or with the people hauling the load. Removable labels mark the room. Dense things stay in lighter loads, same as every other booking. Packing paper and labor are not in the stack. You bring those, or you skip them.

TSH-02 · The handoff

Keys first. Then the totes.

Some new homes start as a gift. A realtor can send a Welcome Home stack, with their name on the tag. That offer is the closing gift on our realtors page, not this one. If you are the household booking for yourself, stay here and use book.

Tell us the old address and the new one. Standard handoffs need a safe, ground-level spot. Stairs, a tight elevator, or parking limits get a quick review before we confirm, same as on how it works. If the closing date moves, ask us before you assume the totes can stay an extra week. We recheck stock, the route, and the cleaning buffer, then we confirm.

When the rooms are unpacked, peel the labels, dump any debris, nest the totes, and set the lids and dolly at the pickup spot. We take the empties. You keep the house.

We cover the Lombard and DuPage corridor already published: Lombard, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, and Downers Grove. Anything past that list goes through the service area page. We do not add a suburb because a listing is cute.

If the "new home" is a dorm or a semester apartment, use the college moving page. A small office inside the house, or a studio you are leaving for a desk somewhere else, is the office page. The index of all four is use cases.

Next step

Book both addresses.

Old place, new place, and the dates. We confirm the stack and the drop-off window.

One line

Welcome Home, from your realtor.

If an agent is sending the stack, that gift is on the realtors page. Households booking for themselves start at Book.
