Office moving
Totes for a small office.
Files and desk stuff, not freight. We drop off clean totes. You pack. You move. We pick up the empties.
TSH-01 · The office
Files, drawers, and the spare cables.
A small office move is a lot of paper and a short list of furniture. Hanging files, the printer paper, desk drawers, mugs, the spare monitor cables, a plant someone refuses to leave behind. Cardboard turns that into a tape project and a recycle pile in the new lobby. Totes with lids keep a file drawer in one piece and stack square in a car you already have.
We drop off clean totes. You pack the office, or your office does. You move it, or the people you hired move it. We pick up the empties. We are not a freight carrier. We do not palletize, we do not book a dock, and we do not send a labor crew to carry it. If the job is skids, servers on a lift, or a warehouse, this is the wrong page.
The Starter Stack is 20 totes, 1 dolly, and 14 days. A one-room office often lands there. A fuller suite, with a storage closet of old files, usually wants a stack between 30 and 80 totes. See the ladder on pricing. The dolly is for your people to roll a stack down a hall. It is not a moving crew.
Label by room or by client, not by guess. Removable labels come with the totes. Keep dense loads lighter: paper is heavier than it looks, and the supplied load limit still applies. We do not include packing labor or file folders. You pack what you are taking. You leave what you are not.
TSH-02 · Two addresses
Old suite. New suite. Then we leave.
Book both addresses and the dates. A move down the street and a move across DuPage use the same form. Standard handoffs need a safe, ground-level spot. A walk-up, a freight elevator you do not control, or a loading zone with a time limit gets a review before we confirm. Read the stages on how it works so the office knows what “empty and nested” means on pickup day.
When the new desks are usable, peel the labels, clear debris, nest the totes, and stack lids with the dolly at the spot we agreed. We pick up empties. We do not come back to haul leftover furniture.
Coverage is the map we already publish. Lombard, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, and Downers Grove are on the site. If either suite sits outside that, check service area before you promise the staff a date. We will not add a parkway because the lease starts Monday.
Households moving a home office along with the kitchen should use the new home page. A semester apartment is college moving. Bins for a launch party or a pop-up in the new space, with no office lease attached, are events. The short index is use cases.
Next step
Book the suite, not a dock.
Both addresses, the dates, and any note about stairs or a timed loading zone. We confirm before the route.
No freight. No labor crew.
We deliver empty totes and pick up empty totes. Your team, or the hauler you hired, moves the office.
